We specialize in European Brioche Doughnuts with all natural ingredients ; we do offer crullers and cake doughnuts as well. We make everything on site; fillings and toppings are made by hand with wholesome quality ingredients, no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or extra fillers. Ex. Our Lemon filling is hand squeezed fresh to give that tarte true lemon flavour and instead of sugary chocolate icing dipped doughnuts we dip with pure Belgian chocolate ganache for a true chocolate taste.

Brioche doughnuts are a decadent treat made with a rich and butter enriched dough. Brioche dough is yeast risen and made with eggs, butter and milk resulting in a light and airy bread-like texture that is distinctive from traditional yeast doughnuts.

We get asked this question a lot! First off, our ingredients are simple and wholesome and  we don't load our doughnuts with pounds of sugar to get fancy appearances to sacrifice the quality and taste. Our items are classic comfort foods and we often feature classic old school flavours. Our recipe is based on a traditional family recipe and we overall are humble hardworking people that at the end of the day just want to provide our customers with the best we can offer. We have a large plaza shared parking lot with easily accessible parking. Plus we are located at a traffic light for convenience and right by main highway 406 access. Bus stops are also available and a growing GoStation is available right down the street.

Absolutely! We know that a doughnut craving or unexpected company can strike at any time. We are open wed-sun 10-3 or until sold out for walk-ins.

No. We do recommend if you have your heart set on a particular flavour and you are coming in the afternoon you pre-order to avoid disappointment as flavours can sell out fast depending on the day.

Also if you have a larger order pre-ordering is recommended.

Our doughnuts are made fresh every morning and are best enjoyed fresh the same day purchased. This maintains the best quality flavour texture and freshness. We do not use artificial preservatives to maintain long term freshness.

However if you have leftovers they can be stored in an airtight container (not box) to be enjoyed the next day although flavour and freshness will be sacrificed. Cream filled should be refrigerated. Alternatively some customers have noted that they freeze our doughnuts with great success.

Absolutely! We love creating doughnuts for events big or small. You can choose from our regular selection of doughnut flavours, seasonal or have a custom option. PLUS we do minis!

We offer easy pickups with lots of parking and convenient pickup and access to get you in and out and on your way.

Yes! We are very transparent with everything that goes into our products. Ingredients can be found on our website or simply ask in store.

We do offer a gluten free baked cake doughnut with several different topping options. They are available with limited quantities for walk-ins daily or pre-order online on our website.

We do not offer vegan products. As we specialize in brioche our products are not vegan.

Yes …We offer Hot drip coffee, tea, our inhouse brewed Cold Brew and Nitro Cold Brew Coffees. Cookies and buttertarts are available for pre-order on our website and in limited quantities in store. We also make gluten free dog treats.

At special holidays such as Christmas, Easter, Canada Day etc. We offer pre-order Specialty goods. Yes, we do have limited winter seating and bistro tables outside in the summer.
