This years collection includes:
🍩 The Classic Walnut Crunch: A deep, nostalgic dark cocoa and buttermilk cake doughnut packed with toasted walnuts and dipped in our signature translucent glaze that cracks perfectly with every bite.
🍁 The Smokey Maple, Bacon & Pretzel: Our signature brioche doughnut dipped in pure, dark Niagara maple syrup glaze infused with a hint of natural hardwood smoke. Piled high with toasted pretzel biscotti,our thick-cut house-candied bacon, and a whisper of flaked sea salt.
🍎 The Brioche Apple Pie: Pure luxury. Our rich, 48-hour cold-fermented brioche dough filled to the brim with a tart, spiced house-cooked apple compote. Dipped in a warm spiced glaze, rolled in a buttery crumbled pie crust, and finished with a drizzle of our in-house cinnamon caramel.
☕ The Crown & Coffee: For the true coffee purist. A brioche doughnut dipped in a bittersweet dark-roast coffee glaze and filled with a silky, earthy chicory-infused mascarpone cream. It is crowned with a molded dark chocolate cup holding a bright burst of our signature, vibrant Sunshine Marmalade.
