The signature doughnut of The Humble Doughnut Company. 

We start with a hand browned butter enriched dough with a 48 hour fermentation, creating a deep, nutty crumb that speaks for itself. It’s filled with our house- cultured cream, sweetened only with local raw honey, and finished with a dusting of wild bee pollen, kasha and a whisper of smoked sea salt.

It is earthy. It is balanced. It is Humble.Come taste what happens when you give simple ingredients the time they deserve. 

Please note that this doughnut must be pre-order with 2 days advance notice due to the slow 48 hr fermentation process.* It is also available for walk in purchase each day until sold out.

Ingredients: Unbleached flour, eggs, yeast, milk, butter, cane sugar, salt/maldon smoked, active buttermilk, cream, honey, buckwheat groats, bee pollen.
